Breathwalk
More than a walk on the beach!

Breathwalk is the science of combining specific patterns of breathing matched with your walking steps to create a change in your mood and energy level.

Nothing could be easier, you simply walk and breathe. As you add patterns of rhythmic breath and focused attention, significant increases in your mental and emotional potential can occur.

Inner conflicts can be eased; vitality increased; a vast reservoir of inner energy released and focused. In point of fact, we possess vast "underground" sources of energy in our musculature and glands-ready to be tapped and used. Breathwalk connects us with these underutilized energy sources that exist in our bodies as "tension" and "attention."

We have three types of energy: quick start energy, core energy and gathered energy. Breathwalk exercises help build up all three to give you vitality.

You'll notice increased vitality almost immediately as the gateway to your cognitive and physiological potential opens, reducing inner conflicts and increasing your positive mood.

Real vitality even touches the spirit within us, which can actually be felt as a form of electrical energy if we will only allow it to flow.

There are seven energy centers in the body, called chakras. Breathwalking is the 'switch' that can open the flow of energy through the chakras, unlocking the hidden potential in our bodies and our psyches.
